1. Your Spiritual Signature
To maintain the continuity of your chronicles, we require your email address. This serves as your unique signature. We also collect birth details (Date, Time, Location) only to align the Oracles with your specific energies. These coordinates are stored securely and never shared with external circles.
2. Oracle Insights & AI
Your inquiries and the resulting symbol casts (Tarot, I Ching, Runes) are processed through our interpretation engine (Gemini AI) to synthesize the Oracle's voice. This data is used solely to provide your reading and maintain your personal history dashboard.
3. Divine Energy & Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session active and maintain your Divine Credit balance. Analytical tools (via Zaraz) help us understand seeker patterns to improve the sanctuary's guidance, but only with your explicit consent.
4. Data Deletion & The Right to Depart
You hold absolute authority over your chronicles. If you wish to remove your spiritual signature and erase your presence from the sanctuary, you may do so at any time.
How to Request Deletion:
To permanently delete your account and all associated readings, please send an email to guardians@holy-oracle.com from the email address associated with your signature.
Once processed, your email, birth details, and consultation history will be stripped from the Great Archive within 7 days. This action is absolute and cannot be reversed.
